We here at Geaux Fideaux want to make sure you and your fur baby are happy! Each of the towel are personalized to each animal, so returns aren't really an option. We will however send you a brand new towel with the corrected mistake. Your happiness is our number one goal, so if you are dissatisfied with our product please email us at geauxfideaux@gmail.com with your comments and we will be more than happy to help fix whatever may be wrong!
